I am a Teach for India fellow, working for an under-resourced community in Jahangirpuri, Delhi. When you're serving in such situations, resourcefulness becomes a must-have skill. However, if given access to unlimited resources, I would wish to facilitate experiential learning models (especially for people from underprivileged communities) at a global scale. It would entail learning by doing. Such an education can bring about a shift in human kind’s lived realities. It will continue to produce ripples for generations to come. Ultimately, it can turn out to be an imperative tool to eliminate the root cause of almost all of India’s and global problems.
After a rigorous selection process, I have been selected amongst the 600 delegates from over 40 countries, for the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) Conference 2022- India. This Conference would enable me to share my story, meet some erudite personalities from around the world, and engender lifelong connections.
Unfortunately, I don't have enough funds which can allow me to avail this one of a kind opportunity. And I would hate to see the financial constraints frustrate this chance to be a part of something extraordinarily phenomenal. Thus, for the first time in life, I am seeking crowdfunding (including the conference fee+accommodation+travel expenses).
I would forever be grateful to everyone who could help me attend this Conference!💛
