V M SESHA SAI BABU VADAREVU

    from Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is an earnest appeal to one and all.

I am  V MALLIKARJUNA RAO VADAREVU, working as an English teacher in a private school in Ongole, Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh. My daughter V L V SAI PRASANNA, aged 15 years, has been suffering from epilepsy for over a long period (12 years). She has been under constant medication since she was 3 years due to Epilepsy.

We consulted many Neurologists seeking a permanent cure for her ailment. But all our efforts were futile.  As there was no permanent cure for her problem with any medication, she underwent some advanced medical tests which revealed that she had Multiple sclerosis on her left side of the head.  As per the recommendations of the neurosurgeons she underwent critical brain surgery two years back for epilepsy at KIMS HOSPITAL, Secunderabad on 24 April 2014 under Aarogyasri scheme free of cost. Even after the surgery, as per the advice of the neurologists, she has been under constant medication since then.

Despite the surgery, she has not yet recovered from the problem, and had a severe brain stroke on 15 March 2018 and was hospitalized. After conducting some more tests, doctors altered her medication and she has to consume a lot of medicine which amounts nearly 5000/- per month excluding the expenditure for the nutritional supplements which further costs 5000/-) for maintenance of stamina and prevention of side effects. As I am a private employee with my meager income, I  can't afford to bear all the expenditure every month.  She has to be under the constant medication on deteriorated doses for about 2 years. I am being economically weak, and having no alternative, I hereby humbly request you all to kindly offer some financial assistance (5000×24 months) for my daughter's medication without which even for a single day, she falls sick and gets a stroke instantaneously.

All those people, who are very compassionate and magnanimous are humbly requested to offer maximum help and save the precious life of my little unfortunate daughter.

" Helping hands are always better than praying lips."
"Money comes and goes but morality comes grows."
My daughter's precious life is now in your hands.
