My name is Abhinaw Kumar and I am here to raise funds for my uncle Uttam Kumar Singh who is 51 years old. Uttam Kumar Singh is from Ranchi, Jharkhand with his spouse, 2 daughters and a widow mother as  family.His spouse is a housewife. Daughters are still students. He was the only earning member of his family but he is out of job due to his illness and is also paralysed now. There is no other source of income for his family.

Uttam Kumar Singh is suffering from Multiple organ disorders like brain stroke, paralysis and buccal mucosa cancer from few months.

He is currently admitted and receiving medication at Mumbai Maharashtra. Until now, they have spent about Rs. 2500000 on medical treatments.
