“Competing at the highest level is not about winning. It’s about preparation, courage, understanding and nurturing your people, and heart. Winning is the result.” - Joe Torre
URJA Sports a project by Teach For India fellows is organising its inter school annual sports meet SPARDHA. Where 18 schools and 1200 players are competing against each other in 15 different games to prove their mettle.
At URJA Sports we believe that giving right platform to kids is equally important as enabling them to play. SPARDHA is bringing opportunity for kids to play, practice, compete, win, fail and learn. It is not just about opportunity but values which they learn during game, friends they make and memories they create.

We have already started our league games from 23rd Dec 2018 and preparing for finale on 3rd February at Veer Savarkar Sports Complex, Memco, Ahmedabad. To make this event successful we need your support. We are running short of 90,000 rupees to conduct this event successfully. The funds raised will be used for officials fees, logistics, transportation, certificates, medals, trophies etc.
