Shaurya Foundation Trust (SFT) is an organization working for rehabilitation and financial empowerment for persons with special needs. SFT is committed to establishing enterprises and offering assisted employment solutions to the intellectually challenged and the disability sector as a whole. Enterprises by and for the disabled. SFT is an active endeavor of Mr Ravi and Mrs Rani Gupta to create an army of intellectually challenged adults with specializations, who can help themselves and others in sustaining and living a respectable life. SFT was launched with an aim of achieving holistic development and turning them into employable, empowered and independent human beings who become contributing members of society. It has been striving for creating employment opportunities and actively working with employers to ensure employment for their trainees and getting them absorbed in various employment sectors.

Shaurya Foundation Trust initiated MILLION SMILES campaign which aims to bring hope to underprivileged segments of the society : children who are living at orphanages, slums, underprivileged communities etc. The donation not only means muffins to underprivileged children but also helps in creating employment opportunities for our trainees. Whole production is done by our trainees with support of professional bakers. Our trainees are involved in every step from making dough to visiting orphanages/NGO and donating muffins, cakes and brownies. We have reached approx. 15 NGOs and 7000 children through this campaign till now. The Shaurya Bakery and Cafe projects are well researched and the team has been successful in adapting processes so that the severity of challenge does not impede in accessing employment for any of our trainees. These also create inclusive opportunities for other disabilities and underprivileged youth. In addition to direct muffin production and packings, the trainees are actively involved in all the four areas including: -

Manufacturing and production -
Packaging and logistics -
Retail & Sales -
Accounting & Management

Bakery Unit products are made with diligence and pride that brings recognition and value to our special employees and a SMILE to underprivileged children.

Utilization of funds: The funds that are generated from the campaign would not only bring continuity and strengthen our bakery program but also bring long-term sustainability. It would open a gate for our trainees to get employment in the open society and SFT would also be in the position to give stipends from the sales to trainees which acts as motivation for them to look forward to growth. The funds generated will also help us in creating other products in the bakery as well in the artwork. The funds can be contributed for production and donation of the following:

1. Muffins : Vanilla (20/- INR), tutti frutti (25/- INR) & chocolate (25/-INR) 2. Cakes : Vanilla, tutti frutti & Chocolate (120/- INR for 200 gms) 3. Brownies : Chocolate (100/- INR for 80 gms) 4.
