In changing times, we need to relook at our strategy, redefine our ways to help children and take timely measures to take our vision forward.

 
At New Delhi Children's Hospital & Research Centre, we relooked at our engagement model and made some changes to make our reach much more effective and wholistic for the children.

 
Archana Chandel came up with a new idea, we discussed it further with Bidisha Ray and Dr. Isha Khetarpal and fine-tuned the new model and launched our new PROJECT UMEED (Hope) on 5th March 2021. 

In the pilot program, we are working with 300+ children. After 3-6 months, we plan to scale it up and help more children with help of all of you and supportive organizations.
