Since 2020, the lockdown announced to control pandemic covid 19 spreading, we at Twinkle Star Community Center under Trilochanpur Association for Development in Social Welfare has been taking care of children belongs from the underprivileged families who come for learning and recreation. The boys and girls aged between 3-16 years old get adequate nutrition, education, clothing, chance of extra curricular activities with love and care. We also help drop outs to complete their studies from open state board and life skills and soft skills training are provided.

The children from lower income class, daily wage earners, rickshaw pullers, rag pickers faced a intense trouble during pandemic when their parents lost the ways of income. We as an organization came forward to identify those children and enrolled them into Twinkle Star. Now it's become our mission to support them until they become adult with a job placement.
