Dilawar Ali R/o Saida Kadal, Srinagar is in dire need of financial assistance for his Kidney Transplantation. His both kidneys have failed and are in a dysfunctioning state now. The doctors have advised him to go for surgery which costs high and is unaffordable by the family. The said person has no income sources to meet the treatment & medical expenses.

And now, l, one of his family members has agreed to donate a kidney but that transplantation costs too much. He's undergoing treatments at the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences.
