Support Trans People In Mandya Through Lockdown (India donations only)


I am Arundhathi, a trans person living in Mandya district of Karnataka.

Currently, trans people living in Mandya are struggling, as food supplies are depleting. Due to the current lockdown in Karnataka, most of us have lost livelihoods and are unable to afford basic necessities like daily ration. The community includes elderly people with medical issues.

While lockdowns are necessary and important for public health, they spell disaster for socially and economically marginalised people. There is an immediate need to provide food supplies and ration to 60 trans individuals who live here.
