Story

India is still struggling and continues to fight against tobacco consumption, not just by their youth population but also by elderly people based in Tier-2, Tier 3 and even slum areas of Tier-1.

TOBACCGO is a trust which is working endlessly to help the addicts get rid of their tobacco addiction, especially those who are unable to afford it. We have been celebrating World No-Tobacco Day since years and spreading awareness about Quit Tobacco Movement. The funds raised by such awareness campaigns are used for Tobacco Cessation Program and Tobacco Control Program helping the beneficiaries who are unable to afford to quit.

The treatment takes 3 months of time. On an average, per patient cost is Rs. 8,500-9,000, which includes the doctor fees, medication, counselling and other miscellaneous costs.
If we talk in numbers, as of now we have helped 1000+ people to quit tobacco and sponsored their complete treatment. We have covered Delhi-NCR, some parts of MP, UP and Punjab. Several quit tobacco campaigns have been organised in collaboration with Rotary, State governments, private companies and other NGOs. We aim to reach a greater number of success stories through such awareness campaigns.

We urge people to come forward and make their contribution for this campaign. Your contribution will be saving lives and families which are being ruined because of tobacco. Let us donate to celebrate World No Tobacco Day on 31st May 2022 and raise funds to conduct this awareness campaign and get rid of tobacco in all states of India.
