My name is Mathew Collins and I am here to raise funds for my neighbor Thomas K P. who is 60 years old. We both live in the same neighborhood. Mr. Thomas is a small scale farmer and lives in Kozhikode(Kerala state, India) with spouse & children. Few months back, he was suffering from Cardiogenic shock due to a complete heart block. He is now in recovering stage after the Angioplasty operation. The operation was done at Indira Gandhi Co-Operative Hospital, Thalassery.

The treatment charges is Rs.1,06,500. Other hospital expenses are Rs. 23,500. Total amount is Rs. 1,30,000. Mr. Thomas managed to raise the funds for the operation from by the help of his friends. Last few month he was trying to repay his debts. Due to the loss suffered from farming and low agricultural income he is unable complete his repayment. He still need to find Rs. 1,00,000.
