My name is Gulzar Mohammed. My sister, Mafia, is 32 years old and suffers from blood cancer. We only found out about her condition 20 days back, after completing a bone marrow test. I work as a partner driver with Uber. I live with my two children, sister, and elderly parents. My family still cannot believe that my sister has cancer. Even though I am the only earning member of the family, we were leading a happy life until this unfortunate news shattered our lives. We were even planning to get my sister married this year. We were happy that she will soon have a family but our happiness didn't last.

While we are awaiting help from the Punjab government with Rs. 1.5 lakhs, we need to meet the cost of Rs. 6 lakhs for her treatment. We are in no position to afford the costs and are looking for help from kind donors like you. Mafia is currently in the emergency ward of the hospital, as all the beds in the ICU are booked, and she stands a very high chance of contracting infections. We are afraid that her cancer will advance to the next stage if we don't continue her chemotherapy.
