Every Animal Deserves a warm, loving, clean home.
Please help The Puppy Rescue Corp complete our animal shelter in Baliyawas, Gurugram.
We need your help to save the animals from the on-coming winter cold!
Our shelter building is half finished. We need to raise funds for medical bills, installation of solar panels, plumbing, water connection, electrical work, a freezer, windows & doors, and running costs of fresh food, medicines, vaccines, blankets, dog beds, heaters and cooking gas cylinders.
Our shelter works as a recuperation centre for puppies in particular after which we get them adopted.

We focus on the best healthcare and nutrition so that all our rescues look and feel great. We ensure fresh meals besides dry food for all our Furbabies.
While we have a positive number of adoptions, we still have 25 pups who have grown up and aren't adopted yet. Maintenance of the shelter therefore becomes costlier.
We hope each dog could get a monthly sponsor of 3000/- to cover it's care and food. but even that isn't covered yet.
Our story:
The Puppy Rescue Corp is an animal rescue and rehabilitation organisation running solely on contributions by the founder Ela, her friends and family, and other Corp volunteers.
Ela has been rescuing and looking after over 400 dogs and puppies in Delhi NCR since 2010 while working full time .
Currently we run the shelter in Baliyawas rescuing and feeding the Gwal Pahari areas.

We focus on puppies since larger shelters have viral diseases that could be fatal for pups, and they do not have the infrastructure for delicate puppies' care.
Besides neonatal care, and  ICU care for parvo puppies,

We feed stray dogs and cattle in the remote villages of Gwal Pahari and treat them for diseases, carry out sterilisation and vaccination of the dogs, and work on adoptions as well.

Over the years many rescued pups had no where to live after their treatment was completed at clinics. Many times no one wanted to adopt the pups as they weren't pedigreed. Keeping them at a boarding was extremely expensive and not possible for long. Leaving them in over crowded shelters wasn't an option.
A temporary dog shelter home was maintained by Ela in south Delhi to home the dogs for the last four years, till they had to vacate. So in March 2021 the farm shelter has been set up.
Ela has taken time off work to complete the construction and she has poured her own savings, time and energy into it but we are short of funds for the last leg of construction.
Since we started, we have spent 12 lac on the construction and added rescue work of cattle and dogs in the villages near by has cost us more than we can afford.
