We are a small band of student volunteers based at Ashoka University, who feed and look after dogs and cats in and around our campus space . Currently, there are approximately 30 dogs that we lovingly take care of, despite our small scale of both manpower and resources.
We require your help now!
With summer approaching and the ongoing pandemic, we’re running low on both manpower and food to feed our dogs!
While we have enough supplies to last us up until the first week of May, we will be in need of more supplies, to ensure that no animal goes hungry and without love.
We currently require 60 Kgs of dry food packets to feed dogs and cats for the next 4 months (around 5000 INR). Additionally, we need to raise 15,000 INR to sterilise 3 dogs and vaccinate 10 others in order to ensure their safety and control the stray population.
Both unfortunately are costly exercises, and something that is very difficult for us as college students to raise on our own! We are looking towards donations from individuals or organizations who believe in our cause and mission of ensuring no stray dog or cat has to sleep on an empty stomach, and to provide them with a healthy and happy life.
