It is to request you that my son Mr Tasneem Mustafa age 45 is suffering from chronic kidney disease stage 5.He is working in a private firm.As you know that the treatment of this disease is very expensive and drained us financially.He is the only earning member in a family.Now the doctors has advised him for kidney transplant which cost around 12 to 15 lacs.It is impossible for us to bear such a huge amount.It is my humble request to make some arrangement for his kidney transplant.
