Dear Friends,

I am writing this with lot of expectations. Two and half months back, my father was diagnosed with diabetic foot and gangrene in left foot which is increasing with every passing day. He was undergoing treatment in Oscar hospital in Thane, Mumbai. They had conducted two operations with an expectation that he will stabilise. However, on consultation with Vedanta Multi Speciality hospital, first two operations were diagnosed as wrongly done and a series of further three operations were conducted. His condition is still serious and deteriorating.

In this pandemic time, when all economic and social activities have got seriously impacted, we have run from pillar to post for his treatment. We have gone through the grind and have burnt the midnight oil seeking doctor’s appointments, purchasing medicines and doing everything necessary so that he can recover. He needs IV antibiotic and operation every week. Second finger of the left leg has been amputated. His first and third toes are also badly affected. He is currently multi-drug resistant. Infection has spread throughout his feet. Therefore, we are in a very precarious state as the treatment of the patient will cost rupees five lakh (Rs. 5,00,000) every month for next four months. We have already spent more than Rs 10 Lakhs. However, our capacity is limited and we are falling awfully short in generating funds for his post operation treatment. We are falling short by Rs. 15,00,000/-

We would be ever grateful and obliged if you can kindly consider giving us some financial support in this respect. A daughter is seeking your kind help for saving the life of her father. A helping hand from you by way of a financial support for my father’s treatment at this critical juncture can help us to save my father’s life.

If you can kindly consider providing us some financial support for treatment of my father, I will remain indebted to you for the rest of my life.

Thanking you in anticipation
Yours sincerely
