Tapasya (d/o Kailash Chaudhary)- An 8 year old girl, was born with the rarest of rare disease. She didn't have a proper backbone. Her backbone is towards one side instead of being in the centre. As a result, she is bending towards left side as she is growing in age and increasing her height. She has been referred to Safdarjung hospital in Delhi.

Procedure : A surgery has to be done and the bone will be removed for few months and some instruments will be inserted for sometime in her body. Meanwhile, for 7-8 months she will be on complete bedrest. After that, the surgery will be done again and bone will be properly inserted. Since this is the first time such surgery is being done, her family has to buy instruments, the cost of which is INR 2,30,000. The cost of surgery and medication is separate.
