COVID-19 Update: As you, all are aware that the India is going through a lockdown situation for fighting against Coronavirus Pandemic. As the lockdown was announced and enforced suddenly a large number of migrant labourers, workers and poor are stranded at various locations in Mumbai and other parts of the country and lost their livelihood and shelters. They are starving and waiting for urgent relief. In this exigency, it is our social and moral obligation to help and rescue them from this disastrous situation. The lockdown is expected to be extended till the situation is normalized.
We understand this is a very difficult situation and the most affected ones are the people from the slum and backward areas. Considering this, our SEVAK FOUNDATION volunteers located in the backward areas have started distributing dry ration to them. We are taking all the precautionary measures.
Meanwhile, we will keep on supporting and providing food and essential kits to all these people.
As directed by the Government, practice social distancing and remember this time shall pass soon. Stay home, Stay safe and follow all the rules to protect your family and loved ones.
