15 year old suffering from heart ailments since birth is in critical condition and he need to be hospitalized immediately in ICU for stabilization so that heart surgery could be performed.

Issues:
i. Abnormal heart size (larger than usual and is untreated)
ii. Hole in the heart
iii. The arteries that carries impure and pure blood are glued together

Initial surgery was performed to separate arteries and veins, close the heart hole when he was 6 years. The following second surgery was scheduled when he becomes 21, however his condition deteriorated since yesterday night. He's unable to breath and there's a swelling in his body.

On investigation, it is found that both the heart walls got critically damaged and need to be replaced as early as possible.
