My name is Sweta Singh Mehta and I am raising funds for my husband, Yash Mehta. He has been fighting Chronic Liver Disease. He is currently undergoing treatment at Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai.

My husband was diagnosed with Chronic Liver Disease in October this year. The doctors told us that he was suffering from Hepatitis which led to Chronic Liver Disease. He has been suffering for more than two months and it has been a tough time for me and my family. Transplant is his only hope at getting better and living a normal life. He needs a Liver transplant urgently.

His treatment will cost approximately Rs. 1850000. We are unable to pay for the treatment due to the huge treatment cost. We have spent close to Rs 25 Lakh on his treatment till now and can't bear the huge cost of treatment anymore.

The funds raised will be used towards his:

• Doctor's Consultation Charges
• Hospital Bills
• Post-operative care
• Medicines
