Swati Jadhav is 33 years old and is residing in Pune, Maharashtra. Swati has been diagnosed with Spinal Cord Injury because of that she got handicapped. But to survive in her normal routine life she has to take regular physiotherapy and for that she is taking treatment at G.B. Clinic, Pune. Which will cost around Rs.300,000.00.
