Help my father fight cancer.
My name is Tejas Relekar and I am raising funds for my father Suryakant Parasharam Relekar who is suffering from mouth cancer who recently fought a cardiac attack last month (angioplasty).
Last month on 8th May he got a cardiac attack. We admitted him to The Symbiosis Speciality Clinic, Dadar later shifted to JJ Hospital because of a lack of funds. On 14th May, his angioplasty completed. We utilized our Savings and some borrowing for both hospital payments and thought everything is fine now. But later he detected cancer of the Right Buccal Mucosa (right cheek) and we need funds to get an operation and the approximate cost of the fund is almost 8,00,000 (Operation cost: 4,18,200; Post Operation Cost (Chemo & Radiation): 3,81,800). Because of last month's operation, we hardly left with some nominal amount in our bank for the whole family expense. We need funds very urgently for treatment.
I am completely differently-abled person. I do computer repairing to run my family expenses. Lockdown has impacted us a lot and we don’t even generating a sufficient amount from above for my father’s cancer treatment. Because of which its like a double-sided sword for us to manage survival vs existence.
I have started this fundraiser for my father's treatment. I have attached a concern letter from Hospital also where only the operation costs mentioned and other expenses will be extra.

Operation date is 25th June 2021 and we need to pay complete charges by the next 1 week nearly by 30th June 2021.
