My name is Poonam Dubey and I am here to raise funds for my husband Surendra Prasad Dubey who is 44 years old. Surendra Prasad and I, live with family in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. 

He is out of job due to his illness he has no saving or resource to meet this expenses. He has 6 year old son and 12 year daughter. He is financially very weak. Surendra Prasad Dubey is suffering from Hepatitis B Chronic Liver Disease from the past few months. he is going for Medication at Private Hospital Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Currently he is admitted and needs further treatment. He has few days left for liver transplant surgery which is costing about Rs.20,00,000/- 

Until now, we have spent about Rs.2,00,000/-. we have arranged amount from loans. In next few days we need Rs.20,00,000/- more for Liver Transplant surgery. Please come forward to support my cause.
