Story

This is an initiative by friends of Sunny Shrivastava.

On 28th April 11.30 AM, we lost our dear friend to COVID after spending only four days in Indore's hospital. The previous evening he spoke normally to Shivani (his wife) and also texted our friend Sushil. Everything seemed normal, no complications, and no breathing difficulties. Sunny also mentioned that he would be home in couple of days and there is no need to worry. To Shivani's surprise, she received a call from hospital mentioning about respiratory complications. On rushing to hospital, Sunny was on mechanical ventilation, and then had cardiac arrest which led to his untimely demise. Everything happened so suddenly, the suffering, pain and agony, God was cruel to take him away in couple of hours.

Shivani had also lost her Mom only a week before and loosing Sunny only increased her suffering. Things got even tougher, when she had to be brave to complete the rituals and give a final good bye to her loving husband.

Shivani's resilience and strength after losing two people very dear to her is unimaginable and remarkable. She is also now tasked for upbringing and giving a bright future to their one year old son, Shaarav.

About Sunny:
Sunny did his bachelor's from Manoharbhai patel college, Gondiya and Masters from Niper Kolkata. He spent a decade with Biocon, where he was serving last week of notice period when this incident happened. He also doesn't have an insurance, which could have been a support in these difficult times.

As we all know - Sunny Shrivastava, a cheerful, happy and fun loving person. Fortunately, we had the chance to know him and spend some time with this happy soul. He left us with so many memories to cherish and would want us to share the joy and strength to his family and dear son, Shaarav.

Looking forward to your generous support.
