Exactly a decade ago I made a craft documentary of the traditional footwear of Punjab called "Hide Under My Sole". During the time I came across the many talented and truly gifted community of artisans in different pockets of Punjab. One of the master artisan couple that I have been in touch with over the years have been Sunita and Baldev from Fazilka. They make their livelihood by crafting Tilla Juttis of the finest quality and selling them to retailers in towns of Jalandhar, Muktsar and Patiala.

COVID-19 has had an impact on many families and their livelihood and theirs is no different. With the stock ready but nowhere to sell they have reached out for financial support.
