Doctors have diagonised that she is suffering from End Stage Renal Disease and they have suggested her to undergo kidney transplant.

Doctors have advised to undergo the transplant as soon as possible. But Prema is facing some difficulties in raising the money required for the cost of the operation as she is unable to work anywhere due to his medical condition.

Prema is born and brought up in the gold mine city of KGF and she doesn’t  have much educational  background due to her family’s financial support

After marriage she came to Bangalore and worked as a maid to take care of day to day needs. Her husband is not that good to give good care of her and he daughter who born after two years of her marriage. After she diagnosed with kidney failure , she not able to continue her work to feed her family and taken help from mother side to look after her daughter.

With the help of people she knew, She was going for dialysis and taken other medications.she had little support from her father and brother family too but Her father died two years back and she lost her biggest strength.

Now her daughter in 10th standard and living in KGF. As you know that no one can replace mother’s love and we don’t want her suffer without father and mother.

So please help her as much as you can to save her life and make her daughter happy.
