Objective-
Help the unprivileged but talented youth of Odisha to get access to quality education which in turn become a strong foundation for the nation building.
Today's youth are the real building blocks of tomorrows nation. A healthy mind can build a healthy nation. A healthy nation can create healthy relation with other nation and the entire world would be healthy.
"Just to mention, There are innumerable numbers of inborn talented youth prevailing in the society at different corners and literally they are financially so restrained by default, by their child hood status, so that
1) They do not get proper basic food, cloth & shelter to survive. They struggle every second of the day.
2) They do not get basic study material and facilities to study.
3) They do not get access to the quality education and become "Forest Jasmine" forever and spent their entire life in the periphery of village only and its in reality a complete brutal ruin of a talent which did not get any exposure to explore itself and display it to the outside world and probably the mankind could get immense benefit out of that talent. We need to identify and extract out these talent for the noble cause of Nation Building."

This is just an initiative by Mr. Subhransu Sekhar Ojha, an Indian Youth residing in the State of Odisha, his home state, out of his desperate keen interest and extreme social welfare mentality, who is an active team member of a group of people engaged in helping the society and unprivileged talented youth. The motto is to arrange the fund and utilize it for the better cause of these unprivileged talented youth of Odisha.
Mr. Subhransu Ojha, he is already sponsoring an unprivileged talented youth from his own pocket/own salary every month for developing the youth's career to the top and make him stand in the society with full of knowledge and energy and that youth can become a cause for the nation development tomorrow, Subhransu aspire positively.

How the funds will be utilized-
Detailed Activity Plan and Cost Estimate
Step-1
Fund Raising through Milaap.org and targeting atleast 50 Lakhs funds for the entire activity in first phase.
Step-2
We will advertise and conduct scholarship tests across the targeted unprivileged village level by deputing our persons physically to those villages. The criteria for the participation in scholarship tests would be as under,
Criteria for participation in scholarship test
- Family income per month must be below Rs15,000/-
- Should belong to village and must be from Odisha as this campaign is for Odisha youths only at this stage.
- The youth must be in his/her matriculation/intermediate/graduation level.
- The youth should be mentally and physically healthy. (Will ensure through a normal fitness test by a medical team).
Will conduct the scholarship test for the shortlisted youths based on the criteria mentioned above. The criteria for final selection to be eligible for scholarship amount would be as follows.

- 70% and above score to be obtained in the test to be eligible for scholarship
Initially we are targeting possible number of youths to be nurtured with a scholarship amount of Rs2,00,000/- per youth so that their future can be nurtured by providing them the access to the available quality educations. We will try nurturing their future till they achieve their graduation and can be employable.
The scholarship amount shall directly not be given to the youth rather in a channelized manner based on the educational requirement through tie up with different institutions for them.
Step-5
All other miscellaneous expenses will be covered out of the collected funds only.
