Help My Father-in-law Undergo His Treatment

My father-in-law is 70 years old and he has been suffering from chronic COPD since last 10 years. Both the lungs are completely damaged now. My wife and my mother-in-law have been trying their best to give him the best possible treatment in these 10 years but now they are absolutely helpless financially. This is the third time that he is on ventilation. Even I have also helped them to bear the expenses of his treatment in the past few years. But now it has become quite difficult for me as well. And therefore, I am looking forward to get some sort of aid for my father-in-law. Our doctor even helps us a lot in every possible way. But this time we feel completely helpless. This time the bill amount will be nearly 2,50,000. We need to pay this amount to the hospital before his discharge from the hospital which is likely to be 08.12.19.
Please help us.
