On 31st August, Toffee was found laying unconscious in an abandoned building. He has deep maggot wound on his head, the wound is so deep we can see his skill bone. When I was recusing him, he was so much in pain and afraid of being touched. Immediately he was rushed to a local vet and treatment course was started. They gave him sedation and started cleaning his wound.
However, we still need to save the tissue on his skull and it’s an extensive treatment. Toffee’s wound is the only problem we’re aware of but since he was rescued on the streets, we cannot say for sure what other conditions exist besides this. He is a work in progress and we will run tests when he's a little better, wound-wise.
We are raising 22k for his blood transfusion, treatment for maggot wound, CBC tests and medications.
For all this, we need help with getting his bills paid and prepping him for adoption. Do donate generously and spread the word to your friends. We pray that Toffee’s wound gets cleared and he gains his strength back. Please help Toffee.
