Maple is a 6 years old street cat. She is suffering from stage 4 Periodontitis for which the vet has recommended full mouth teeth extraction surgery, in Dec 2020. But it was postponed as we realized that Maple was pregnant and could not go under anaesthesia.

We fostered Maple and she gave birth to her babies on 29th Jan 2021. Now the babies are 3 months old. Maple is still sick and in constant pain. We have tried to manage with medications and injections. But her dental disease is too advanced to be cured by just medicines.

She needs the surgeries as soon as possible as she struggles to eat and is losing weight. This girl has gone through a lot of pain while she tried to carry her babies in her belly and then give birth and nurse them, while she could not eat properly at all. We are witness to her daily struggles everyday to keep her babies cared for. She has moved us to tears by being the best mom inspite of her ill health. We want to help her regain her health now.

Without the surgery she will continuously need steroid injections to manage the condition which ultimately cause other health troubles.

Please help us pay for Maple's surgery and postoperative care at the hospital. Her health is fragile at this moment and she needs professional care for some days after the surgery.
