I am Vrinda, the founder of Me and My Human.
With your help, i have been able to treat, feed and save hundreds of stray dogs this year in a city where animal rights and awareness is minimal.
I have put in my all to this charity but there is a long way to go. And so, this birthday, I don’t ask for a birthday present or celebrations from anyone. But let us give in that same money to make the strays’ lives more humane.
The cost of feeding per dog is INR 500 per month and currently there are more than 100 in my care.
The treatment, depending on the case, goes from INR 500 to INR 20,000 in the more severe cases.
The cost of spaying per female is ₹2500, including post operative care.
Vaccinations, deworming, anti ticking etc are a regular expense.
And most importantly- the winter demands extra reseources because of burdening of accidents, reflective collars, blankets, etc.
