My brother suffering from  kidney disease scince last 5+yrs. Now it's a critical stage. Doctors advised kidney transplantation as soon as possible because blood pressure (b. P) not controlled with medicine.

Suddenly its levels change 300+ ranges & sevior breathing difficulty problems happened frequently emergency hospital admission required that time. In a month so many times this sevior problems facing that time hospitalization is must required.if any delay happend that time it's damaging other organs like heart expending & eye vision damage happening within a fraction of seconds for blood presser reaches very high ranges. 

At the time of dialysis also happened severe problems happening
Last few months every day & night within minutes conditions change critically. Run the hospital for emergency admission. We face so many sleepless nights also & kids also fear 😨 saw this situation. Their education also happened difficulty & day by day
For the last 5 yrs, we manage with our savings, friends & family relatives' help.
For  medical expenses for covid issues, we will also face critical situations no works  for earning atleast family expences
The difficulty facing taken loan repayment they continuously come to home give pressuring on family no's & at the same time total family nos suffering long term  diseases & back to back surgery'
S  pls help us with my brother's kidney transplant what ever posibul.
That much of amount It's not possible for us.
