Remarks: Bicytopenia with leukocytosis with cervical lymphadenopathy under evaluation
HISTORY First visit: 10.8.2020
Symptoms (July 2020): 36 year old male, known hypothyroidism on medication, developed neck swelling on the left lymphadenitis (M. tb not detected on RT PCR). He then developed sudden onset severe weakness and dizziness, CBC done revealed severe anemia (HD 4.4) with leukocytosis (TC 1.9L) and thrombocytopenia (Plt - 27000).
side 2-3 months ago. This was associated with fever, cough, anorexia and weight loss. Evaluated for these complaints outside and found to have cervical lymphadenopathy. FNAC from this lesion was s/o suppurative
Peripheral smear showed presence of 84% blasts. The pt relative also gives h/o 1 episode of ? convulsions. They have come to TMC for opinion on further management.
