Therefore Sri Maitri Association® Sugar factory road, Doddabathi, Davangere, Stated Old Age Home in Davangere district on the year of 1st  January 1994. This centre is providing specialty to old/Senior citizen. The centre recognized by department of Women and Child development, Disable and senior citizen Welfare office with the motto of serving old age persons and is stepping towards giving optional service to the people in need. Old age is defense in a serious social, psychological and healthproblems. It is the complex disorder which harms the family and society.Keeping all the old age people is a single roof is a challenging task and it’slong time (till inmate’s death) that the one has so gear up to meet this challenging.Old age home is situated at Sugar factory road, Doddabathi. Tq/Dist: Davangere. This centre providing specialties like good building with garden, big rooms, attached bathroom for separate male and female, for each inmate cab, birds have been provided hall for exercise, meditations, indoor games like, carrum, chess, snake games etc, Re-creation like television, radio, food, shelter, medical care with free of cost library like news paper, magazine, devotional books, novels, story books etc and poke songs books etc.The centre as well trained staff pattern which include a good as like-

This centre aims is giving maximum service to the aged people. It has adapted different methods like, calling different relies heads, once in two days and make them to counsel them in all manners starting form birth to death the centre focus on giving optional health to the inmates and the make them to over come from the  family emotions  and  build  them  strong  positive  confidence think  of priority of like. The centre provides daily schedules like prayers, yogasana, meditation social religious lectures, counseling at the same time they have enough recreation with indoor games and television this is because to make them keep always engage them not to think of there home and make them in d epression.The centre provides home like atmosphere centre keeps them till and of their life we have made specialties like cots, beds, and bedding during the present year
2019-20. This centre as facilitated in 50 old age inmates in the centre.
