Re-Chal Charitable Trust (R) is a secular and not for profit organization registered in the year 2012 under THE CHARITABLE AND RELIGIOUS TRUSTS ACT, 1920. It aims at alleviating poverty through the empowerment of the weaker sections of our society irrespective of caste, creed, and language. Presently the organization is working in the Ullal area in Dakshina Kannada district and throughout Karnataka state. Ms. Nirma D’souza, founder and director of the organization comes from an MSW background having worked in good numbers of NGOs and in social sectors enabling the poor and the downtrodden to have Life full of opportunities and become self-reliant in their communities and society at large.

To progress with the marginalized towards integrated development-Social, Economic and Cultural in order to ensure human dignity and self-reliance in Indian society.
Objectives and Goals of the Organization
01 Women Empowerment Programmes
The Trust will work for the empowerment of women with equality, independence, and active participation in public life.
Plans: Formation of Self Help Group, Women Health Awareness Programmes, Training for self-employment, obtaining different governmental schemes, and reaching out to women.
02 Child Welfare Programmes
To formulate programs for rehabilitation of school dropout children, children of laborers, and orphans.
Plans: encouragement for education, organizing different camps to make them aware of their rights.
03 Youth Welfare Programmes
To empower the Youth by self-confidence and inspiring them with value-based leadership
Plans: Self-employment camps, encouragement for higher education. To start self-employment basis skills. Developmental centers, Schools, and community colleges.
04. Health and Social Welfare Programmes
Public Health Education programs giving them information about how to prevent various diseases and also reach out to children belonging to backward classes, poor and tribal without any discrimination.
Plans: Organizing Public Health Camps and organizing awareness programs. Giving information about various health schemes and helping them to reach these schemes. Women health precaution as well as giving them the awareness about nutritious food habits. Giving them the information about Med's claim and telling the people about the cleanliness.
05 Awareness and Other Developmental Programmes
Giving awareness about various governmental schemes. To work for environmental equilibrium through education and in enlightening programs.
Plan: Organizing health programs for the elderly. Formation of men groups and working for their welfare.
Encouraging the farmers to utilize the natural resources. Working for the Unemployment and the unorganized labor class
