Help Souvik, a social worker get an immediate Liver Transplant

In an emergency room of the Apollo Hospital in Bangalore lies a patient whose life is a prime example of living a life for others. Dedicating his life towards rural development, Souvik Saha, a resident of Jamshedpur and an award-winning social entrepreneur has been a pioneer in youth development in rural pockets of Jharkhand.
A banker by profession, Souvik left his lucrative job at a private Bank when he realised his inclination towards community work. His inclination led him to start an organisation called People for Change, which has been working on rural youth development for the past 5 years. Souvik's People for Change has created a platform of giving and living for a lot of young minds as part of a volunteer program, which has resulted in transforming the lives of thousands of rural youth. Souvik's work has brought back more than 1500 tribal children brought back to school and skilled 2000 youngsters as community leaders, entrepreneurs through different youth development programs.

Today Souvik sits in a life and death situation with 95% of his liver completely damaged. Souvik needs an immediate liver transplant and needs a fund of Rs. 40,00,000 for the operation, hospitalisation and medications. Since has been a devoted social worker for several years, it is nearly impossible for him to have this kind of fund and hence today, he needs us to help him see the light of tomorrow. Let’s make a home for Souvik and donate generously to save him for himself, his family, and for the community that waits for him back at home.
