Sourav Chaki (48) has been a diabetic for a long time. Even after maintaining a strict regime, he has recently been diagnosed with kindney failure (Creatinine level 2.6) along with fluid deposit in both lungs and heart. He's currently in the ICU of Fortis Hospital. He requires financial and emotional support as his employees' medi-claim cashless facility is limited to INR 1 lakh which has already exhausted during the first couple of days. He requires money to pay bills for treatment in Fortis and later if he is taken to any medical institute of national importance for full recovery. Appeal is extended to his friends, relatives, colleagues and scores of common man whose lives had been changed owing to Sourav's initiatives. Fellow RKM Narendrapur alumni, where Sourav had studied till Class XII and his colleagues are appealed to donate as much as possible and pray for him.
