The 3 months of lockdown has uprooted lives of migrants. They live hand-to-mouth with minimum or no savings. Many are on the verge of being homeless as rent is accumulating, they’ve lost livelihood, many are living on loans or to buy expensive bus/ train tickets, others have families to support in their village and have no food, or money to afford city life. With the rising cases of the virus they fear of getting infected, with loved ones at distance and no income to support healthcare. Shramik trains have stopped running and Special trains are reserved for more than two weeks.
Each bus costs Rs.1,05,000 taking 50 people and each seat is for Rs.2000. Please donate for a seat, or any amount you can! No amount is small, every bit counts.
<GST bills/ tickets/ documentation will be provided on request>
