Question of Survival! Lockdown Extended! Question of survival becoming more critical for the vulnerable population. Wage laborers, domestic and migrant workers, nomadic tribes have lost their income due to nationwide lockdown announced to curtail the spread of COVID 19. They are struggling every day for their survival as they do not have an immediate source of income & enough savings to even spend on their daily requirements including food, groceries, etc. Social Developers Multipurpose Society' Lets' Help Slums daily wages worker initiative is an attempt to help these needy people. To date, we have helped more than 33 people with ration and grocery kits. Still, there are hundreds of needy people who have approached us for help and we are trying to help them. We aim to help a minimum of 100 such affected families (300 people) by providing them with the grocery kit worth Rs 500 along with the shared contribution of local collaborating organizations. Please donate to help their survival.

They earn and eat daily. I have come up with this plan to make them stay in their houses safe during the pandemic. Because when it comes to feeding the family everyone can cross the line to do so. This fund will help them to survive and overcome the during and post-pandemic.

Hunger and desperation prevail, and we can do something to help our fellow citizens. Workers at construction sites, shops, restaurants, delivery staff, and local transport systems, the daily wager community has seen their only source of income come to a screeching halt, leaving them with no means to earn themselves a meal during these days of lockdown.
