Myself Sk Sabir Ali.... I am 25 years old and i am an orphan since childhood..... I have recently discovered chest pains and heart burning sensations and when visited hospitals they say for tests which costs 10s of thousands of rupees... please do help me raise some money for my cardiac treatment at RN Tagore Hospital, Mukundapur, Kolkata.....
