My name is Abhishek sao and I am here to fundraise for my son, Siddhant Sao.
Siddhant Sao is 6 years old and is residing in Durg, Chhattisgarh. Siddhant Sao is suffering from cancer since 2015, he was admitted in CMC Vellore and his health was improved and now from past 6months again he is suffering from Blood cancer. But he needs Chemotherapy and radiation to fully recover. He is being treated at National Cancer Institute, Jamtha. Which will cost around Rs.500,000.00.
As mentioned above, he has taken the treatment. But he has to continue chemotherapy and supportive care for the side effects due to the therapies. I have attached the estimation letter from the hospital.
