A disabled person, Sibakar Nandi, has his wife suffering from polio since childhood and his son with mental illness. He has been diagnosed with Atrial Septal Defect-ASD (A Congential Acyanotic Heart Disease) and the treating doctor has advised him for surgery and also mentioned the expenses to be around INR 100,000 to INR 150,000.
