My name is Mahesh and I am here to fundraise for my 2 year old son Shreyas. He  has been diagnosed with Pneumonia with severe acute respiratory illness and left main bronchus obstruction. The obstruction has to be removed through an immediate and urgent surgery. He  has been admitted in People Tree Hospital for the same and the estimated cost for the surgery is coming around Rs. 4 lacs.

I am coming from very humble financial background and I am in no position to arrange such a huge amount in such short notice. I urge all my friends and family to come forward and support my child
