My name is Shyamal Kumar Sinha and I am here to raise funds for my grandson Shreyan das who is 16 months old. Shreyan das lives in Kolkata, West Bengal with us.

Shreyan das is suffering from Cleft Palate for by birth. He is receiving medication at Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences Kolkata, but not yet admitted.
