My father had undergone a surgery called "Abdominal Aortic aneurysm" on December 24th 2020 in Jayadeva Hospital post operation he had many complications such as Internal bleeding in lungs, acute kidney injury for that he had undergone around more than 30 cycles of dialysis despite that there was a renal failure. he was in ventilator for more than 3 months. his lower limbs is paralyzed due to severe loss of blood at the time of surgery and this has been resulted in spinal damage as well. as he was hospitalized for more than 3 months he developed lungs infection. after being hospitaized for more than 93 days in jayadeva hospital. doctors there asked us to get him shifted to a multi specialty hospital, so we shifted him to St.Johns for further treatment as i have attached the discharge summary of jayadeva hospital.
in St.Johns he was hospitalized for around 2 months, but still left with more complications. on may 1st we shifted him to home by setting up a mini ICU at home. till now we have incurred more than 18 lakhs for his treatment, as he is at home  we require financial assistance for his further treatment. as of now he is having final stage of Bed Sores. lungs infection and requires oxygen as he is on "tracheostomy". we are getting things done in a possible way at our home itself. i have uploaded few images for reference.
