My name is Sachin Konnuri and I am here to raise funds for my son Shourya Sachin Konnuri who is 6 years old. Shourya Sachin Konnuri lives in Tambale,Kolhapur with us. He is suffering from Hepatitis E for few months and now it has severely affected his Liver.
