This is an urgent plea to save eight year old Shishil who is battling for his life in the ICU at St. John's Hospital as he suffers from 70% electrical burns from coming in contact with a low-hanging 66kV extremely high- voltage power line while fetching his kite.
 Shishil lives in Bengaluru, Karnataka with parents & siblings. His parents work as domestic help and security guard and are in urgent and desperate need of financial support for his treatment at St. John's Hospital .

He is suffering from 70% Electrical Body Burns, surviving this for the last 21 days by a miraculous chance. This has been a result of detrimental negligence and institutional apathy that has critically endangered Sushil's life and the horrors of this apathy are now faced by his family.  

The family is already under immense financial strain after sourcing over Rs. 4,00,000 for his treatment from funds and loans.

 By the coming Monday, 12th of July 2021, their family needs approximately Rs.8,00,000 for his Multiple Surgeries and prolonged ICU medication as stated by St. John's Hospital. Please come forward to support Shishil as only with this amount can he receive the required medical treatment for him to survive.
