My name is Vishwas Mishra and I am here to raise funds for my mother Sheela Mishra who is 63 years old. She is retired and lives in Kanpur, UP with her children.
Sheela Mishra is suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) since Oct. 2017. She has a small left Kidney (Ultrasound dt 12.06.17) and to make things worse a latest ultrasound (dated 15.12.19) revealed that her right kidney has also shrunk which will eventually lead to a kidney transplant.
She is not receiving dialysis as of now, she has been admitted several times in the past months and was recently discharged from SGPGI because she was stable, right now the creatinine levels are high but stable at and around 5-6 and the doctors suggest to do regular lab tests. Recently she had to be admitted (dated 24th Dec. 2019) for blood transfusion as her haemoglobin levels had gone drastically down.
Its quite undertandable that all of this requires money and we have somehow kept it going but its proving to be very challenging. One important thing that I want to share with everybody is that my Family has been facing financial distress since 2014 as my father was diagnosed with cancer in his foodpipe, (medical bills went upto 20 lacs) which eventually ended his journey on the 29.03.16. We have already incurred expenses around 2.25 lac including medication, hospital expenses and lab tests Please come forward to support my cause. Any contribution will be of immense help.
