My name is Shakti Singh and I am raising funds for my beloved brother, Shashank Chaudhary.
He is suffering from Kidney Malfunction and is undergoing treatment at Jaypee Hospital, Noida.
My brother is a wonderful human being and my best friend, I have always found him to be giving and understanding. In the year 2018, he underwent a kidney transplant, recently he was affected with COVID gradually his kidney stopped functioning properly. His health is getting worse with each passing day, he's in a critical condition getting treatment in the ICU and on Ventilator support.
His oxygen levels keep fluctuating and we're very worried about his health. In the past few years, we have endured a huge expense on his treatment.
We're finding it difficult to manage funds of Rs.15 Lakhs to complete the necessary medical procedure.
