The pandemic has affected our lives in many ways. While some of us are thankfully getting better at dealing with it, there lies a section of our Society trying hard every day to fight the battle of survival. The guest labourers, artisans and the homeless if we name a few are striving day and night in search of hope and strength. For these people worries extend far beyond the boundaries of Social distancing and stock prices, even though these problems are real.

The current situation demands physical distancing, True! But, we can try failing the pandemic in distancing us on emotional grounds… by stepping down, to listen, understand, and support each other. For this to happen, there is a  need for a platform that gives space to these voices.


We, through our Campaign Karunatine, envision building a resilient community where people take responsibility for coming out from this outbreak together. Where their actions are tied together in a thread of compassion to caress the lives of those affected by the pandemic. To make this a reality, we are building a team of young people who can come up with innovative solutions and join hands in the development of a compassionate community.
